Do I have to create an account to be able to make a purchase?

No, you are not obliged to create an account. It is also possible to make purchases as a guest. However, creating an account will help to follow-up to your orders and to receive exclusive promotions.

Is the shop open to everyone?

The Atlas Copco Compressor Shop is only open to ABN holders within located in Australia. We do not ship to residential addresses, only business addresses

If I don’t have an ABN number can I still buy?

If you don’t have an ABN number we invite you to contact one of our authorised distributors to make arrangements to purchase the product or to discuss your options.

How long will it take to receive my order?

If the item is in stock we will aim to ship within 2 working days. All items are shipped from our central location in Sydney and arrival time to your destination will vary due to the vastness of Australia.

Can I cancel my order? If so, how can I cancel it?

If you want change, cancel and amend your order, please call us on 1800 023 469 as soon a possible and we will discuss the available options. All transactions are made and received under Atlas Copco’s terms of sale

What can I do if there are no products in unavailable or if I cannot find the product or variance I am looking for?

If you cannot find the product or product variation (including pressure variance) you can contact us on your nearest distributor.

What about installation and commissioning, can I do this myself?

Smaller equipment such as 2hp and 3hp piston compressors are plug and play. But generally, you will need professional installation and commission. Including piping and electrical work. Our authorized distributors can support in this matter..

What payment methods do you use?

Secure third party payments for Visa and MasterCard. We do not store your payment data.

How do I know if my payment was successful?

Is the price reflected/shown the final one? Or are there are variants?

Shipping is not included in the advertised price (unless otherwise stipulated). The cost freight is calculated at the time of checkout based on weight.

How are returns handled and refunds applied?
